Refund Policy:

Sickness:

Credits/Refunds will be provided should ILC have to cancel a session, but will NOT be given if a student must miss class due to illness.

Should a child present with more than one of the symptoms, or ONE of the extreme symptoms (fever, loss of taste/smell), that student will have their family contacted and sent home for the day. Please do not attend if your child is already experiencing symptoms prior to their session.

At ILC, refunds are provided up to 14 days prior to the start of a program, with a 10% administration fee withheld. Once a program has started, we do not provide refunds for any of the following reasons: vacations, illness, or choosing to keep a
child home from a program for any reason.
Before ILC issues a refund, it will default to applying a credit for the full amount to the family’s account. We will only provide refunds (minus the 10% admin fee) in the following situations:

  • In the event that our school must close due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural/health disasters, extreme weather etc.
  • In the event we are forced into mandatory closure by our governing bodies
  • If a student comes down with an extreme and/or long term illness, that lasts longer than 14 days
  • If a family moves further than 50km away from ILC after the start of term (proof must be shown).

Thank you for respecting our refund policy.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payments for all programs are due in FULL 1 month prior to the start date of the program. Payment may be made in installments up until this date. Our current daily rate is $65.00. We do offer 30 minutes of before care and after care for $5.00/care.
Failure to pay by the due date may result in a 2% daily late fee, and/or the chance of losing your spot to the next family on the waitlist.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

SNOW DAYS:

Should busses be cancelled in our area, ILC will close as well. You will be sent a reminder through your email on file only. At the end of the term, families will receive a makeup date or a credit for all snow days, towards their future term, or be supplied a refund (minus 10% admin fee).

Should we have to CLOSE the school for any reason due to weather (extreme blizzard warning, extreme wind warnings etc.) all efforts are made to inform parents of such a closure before 7:00am on the affected day. This message will only be delivered via your email address on file.

Please note, refunds/credits are NOT given should a parent choose to keep a child home.

A rating of 7 – 8 on the Beaufort Scale would give us a reason to close for the day to ensure the safety of our students.
